Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Log into your GTC account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Prepare the Device
Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data and securely pack the item in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and components are included.
- 3.Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your RMA.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Our technical team will inspect the device for functionality and condition within 3-5 business days, after which your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
